Lot Description
A pair of jade, diamond and enamel ear pendants. Each designed as a jadeite bi, suspended from a green enamel articulated line, to the old-cut diamond and green enamel surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Length 4cms. Weight 5.7gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Replacement fittings, possibly base metal. Fixed post fittings for pierced ears. Soft solder visible. Backs stamped 835. Enamel shows slight uneven edge, slight variation in saturation of colour. Possible re-enamelling. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Jadeite untested for natural colour origin. The jadeite is a mottled green hue with flecks of very pale and very dark green. Some light fissures running through the bi. Diameter of jade 1.7cms. Believed some old components.
