An early 20th century gold synthetic ruby and diamond cluster ring. The circular-shape synthetic ruby, within a rose-cut diamond surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Weight 1.8gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Individual size, setting and nature of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate colour, clarity and weight assessment. The spread of the diamonds match an approximate total weight of 0.20ct. This is a guide only and not a reflection on the true carat weight. The synthetic ruby is a pinkish red hue with surface scratches and internal fractures, seen with magnification. Ring size N1/2.
