An 18ct gold diamond and ruby dress ring. Of marquise-shape outline, comprising an alternating series of brilliant-cut diamond and circular-shape ruby staggered lines, to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.60cts, I-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1984. Weight 8.7gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches in keeping with general wear. More noticeable small dents to the outside of the band. Diamonds appear bright with scattered, varying inclusions. The rubies are a moderately well matched medium slightly purplish red hue with variation in tone and saturation. Some surface reaching inclusions. Ring size P 1/2.
