A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum sapphire and diamond five-stone ring. The circular-shape sapphire, to the old-cut diamond sides and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.45cts, I-K colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 4.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. Inner band stamped 18ct & pt. The sapphire is a hazy blue with a weak to moderate saturation of colour. There are typical inclusions easily visible with the unaided eye and surface abrasion. The diamonds are bright, some appear to be drawing more yellow than others, there are scattered inclusions some visible with the unaided. Ring size O.
