A late 19th century 9ct gold and silver cultured pearl and diamond serpent brooch. Designed as an old-cut diamond-set snake, weaving between two gold pins, with cultured pearl terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct. Length 4.5cms. Weight 4.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright. Some are drawing a slight yellow hue. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification.
