Lot Description

A 1930's silver salver of square outline with curved corners, having a raised and moulded rim to a plain centre with engraved crest depicting two crossed paws. Hallmarked Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1934. Measuring 10 inches (25.5 cm square), weight 23.34 ozt (726 grams).

The salver appears in fair to good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There are several heavier marks visible and several small clusters of heavier scratches. Remnants of sticker marks to the underside. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
