An early twentieth century large silver sauce boat in Georgian style with frilled rim, high arch scrolling leaf capped handle and raised on three shell mounted hoof feet. Hallmarked London 1918, maker's mark indistinct. Height measuring 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), weight 8.8 ozt (274 grams).

Minor dints and bumps. The join of the handle has been repaired. Hallmarks a little rubbed, maker's mark almost completely, partly reading AV?.
