Lot Description
A modern Irish silver coffee pot of plain tapering form above a stepped base, having a foliate capped spout with fluted underside and a stained wood scroll handle, the flat hinged lid with turned finial. Hallmarked Royal Irish Silver Co., Dublin 1974, also with import marks to the underside for Sheffield Assay Office 1973. Maximum height including finial measures 9 7/8 inches (25 cm), gross weight 34.38 ozt (1069.3 grams).

Condition Report
The coffee pot appears in fair to good overall condition displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous heavier marks and scratches are visible throughout. Hinged lid appears in good working order. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Corresponding part hallmarks to the lid and also marked '925'.
