Lot Description
An Art Nouveau silver mounted hand mirror, the circular bevelled glass mirror plate within a silver mount to a shaped handle, the silver with embossed decoration depicting a central female figure with flowing hair and within floral whiplash borders. Hallmarked Keight & Newman, Birmingham 1906. Maximum height measures 11 1/8 inches (28.2 cm).

Condition Report
The hand mirror displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Some quite heavy tarnishing to some areas and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Some deeper scratches and nicks are visible. There are also many dints and bumps, especially around the edges, and a few small splits starting to appear. Overall, the embossed decoration appears in good condition. The hallmarks are clear and legible with just some slight rubbing. Also with impressed registration number.
