A set of three silver plated entree dishes by James Dixon & Sons, each of fluted octagonal form with reeded foliate and shell rims and detachable cast handles decorated in high relief with budding foliate scrolls. Maximum width measuring 9 3/4 inches (25 cm). Each with the maker's mark for James Dixon & Sons and numbered 1899.

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some more significant scratches to the interiors. Wear to the plating, particularly to the underside and areas of high contact. Some rubbing with loss of definition.
