Lot Description

An Edwardian silver rattle designed as a hunting horn suspending two bells, two bells deficient, hallmarked Birmingham 1901 with maker's mark 'A.BROS', likely Ahronsberg Brothers, alongside the Foreign mark. Together with an early twentieth century beaker with scroll engraved borders and beaded base, Dutch hallmarks to the underside including the lion passant and a date letter for 1914. Combined weight 2.6 ozt (80.8 grams). (2).

Overall condition fair. Some surface wear, light scratches and tarnishing in keeping with age. Rattle with two bells deficient, one suspension loop mostly broken off. Rattle with some light indentations. Bells with noticeable dents, slightly misshapen.
