A turn of the century French import basket, the form modelled as a cradle, the body embossed with fruiting vines with shell and scroll rims and conforming oval foot. Weevil import mark within a rectangle and 'V', maker's mark to the underside. Length measuring 7 inches (17.5 cm), weight 11.9 ozt (373 grams).
