Lot Description
A set of eleven 1960's silver handled pistol grip and foliate mounted knives, hallmarked J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1966. Together with a George IV silver Fiddle pattern sauce ladle, initialled, hallmarked London 1827, two Georgian silver Old English pattern table spoons, a part set of five silver teaspoons with bright cut engraving, hallmarked George Gray, London 1787, a set of six Fiddle and Shell pattern teaspoons, hallmarked George Day, London 1809 and a 1920's Danish silver handled serving spoon. Gross weighable silver 13.2 ozt (413 grams).

Condition Report
In varied state. The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. More obvious wear and tear the bowls of the spoons. Rubbing with loss of details. Many of the spoons have initial engravings. Dints and bumps. Hallmarks are in varied state but overall legible.
