A late Victorian silver combination rule, pencil and quill knife, by Sampson Mordan & Co., of cylindrical form, the combination pencil and folding knife, hinged at the middle to form a four inch rule. Maker's mark for S. Mordan & Co. Weight 17.2 grams.
