A Victorian silver vinaigrette, of scalloped oval form, the engine-turned lid and base with oval-shape cartouche, to the scrolling foliate sides and pierced floral silver-gilt grille and original sponge. Hallmarked Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1850. Length measuring 5 cm, weight 20.7 grams.
