A mid-Victorian silver goblet of typical form, plain in outline with simple bead border to the circular foot. Hallmarked AB Savory & Sons (William Smily), London 1864. Height measures 6 1/8 inches (15.5 cm), weight 7.49 ozt (233 grams).

The goblet displays general wear including surface scratches, marks and slight dints commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Small flood of solder to underside of foot, a possible repair? The hallmarks are clear and legible.
