A late 19th century bronze figural paper knife or letter opener, in the manner of Michelangelo Caetani for Castellani, modelled as a devil, perhaps Lucifer the fallen angel, with wings aloft and arms folded, coiled tail, 8" (20.5cm) high, now on a veined green serpentine octagonal plinth.
