Four assorted Italian Lenci ceramic bird studies.
All circa late 1930s, comprising:
A group of two birds, goldfinch and chaffinch, 5.25", (13.5cm) high; another pair of brightly coloured birds, both models with red-printed circular paper Lenci label; and two other single birds, one perched on an oak tree branch and dated 1938, (all A/F), (4)

1. Minor rubs to tails, small old chip to leaf. Foot rim chip.
2. One tail detached (and with flake losses) but present, other tail chipped, both beaks slightly blunted. Foot rim chip.
3. Tail detached (and with flake losses plus glue residue) but present; flake losses to leaf tips. Loss to beak.
4. Edge losses to tail, leaf tips and beak.
