Lot Description

A good mid 19th century corniche-cased repeater carriage clock with alarm, the recessed circular white Roman dial with Breguet hands, over conforming Arabic alarm dial within attractive engine turned surround, the two train movement with replacement lever platform escapement, striking on a coiled blued steel gong, numbered 3055, with English remarks, the corniche case with oval roof glazing, 4.75" (12cm) high, excluding handle, in hide travelling box with winder.
