A late 19th century A-frame skeleton timepiece with alarm, Holt & Co., Paris, the 2.25-inch white Roman chapter ring inscribed 'R. HOLT ET CIE. A PARIS', framing silvered Arabic alarm dial, the A-frame stamped verso, 'HOLT & CO., PARIS', the single train timepiece movement with silk suspension, on brass oval base with stamp 'MS. HONORABLES EXP. PARIS LONDRES', 6.75" (17cm) high, on a circular oak base with undermounted bell, beneath glass dome.
