A mid 20th century sapphire and diamond riding crop brooch. The cushion-shape sapphire and diamond point line, to the bi-colour terminal. Length 5.4cms. Weight 2.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with age. Possible replacement pin. Sapphire blue, very dark colour saturation, some colour zoning with a small yellowish area visible through the table. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Due to the nature of the diamond point it is not possible to calculate a total diamond weight. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.04ct, which is no indication of the actual diamond weight.
