A late Victorian silver and gold diamond star brooch, circa 1880. The old-cut diamond, within an old-cut diamond twelve ray surround. Principal diamond estimated weight 1.20cts. l-tinted colour, SI clarity. Estimated total diamond weight of surround 6.30cts. Length 4.8cms. Weight 11.9gms.
