An early 20th century foliate locket. Of circular-outline, the foliate engraved back and front panels, opening to reveal two photograph compartments, suspended from a fancy-link chain. Length of locket 3.2cms. Length of chain 55.7cms. Weight 13.4gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Bruising to locket panels. Locket does 'click' closed. Bruising and nibbles visible to edge of locket. Replacement surmount and chain.
