An early 20th century cultured pearl and diamond necklace. Comprising a series of ninety-one graduated cultured pearls, measuring from 3.3 to 7.8mms, to the single and rose-cut diamond clasp. Length 49cms. Length of clasp 1.8cms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The cultured pearls have a cream to white body colour with peach to pink over tones. Minor blisters and blemishes present. Some are slightly off-round. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.20ct. Which is no indication of actual carat weight. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light and dark inclusions can be seen to some diamonds under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rethreading recommended. Weight 14.6gms. Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source.
