Of openwork design, the rose-cut diamond, within a similarly-cut diamond heart-shape scrolling surround, to the rose-cut diamond foliate panel and bifurcated shoulders. Approximate total spread of rose-cut diamonds 1.70cts. Kokoshnik marks. Weight 8.6gms.
