An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond five-stone ring. The graduated old-cut diamonds, with openwork gallery and scrolling shoulders, to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct, I-J colour, VS2-P2 clarity. Weight 3.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and light scratches in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Diamonds assessed within the limits of the mount. Principal diamond and one adjacent diamond with no obvious inclusions visible under magnification. Principal diamond has a small natural to the crown facets. Two outer diamonds with scattered to large inclusions visible to the unaided eye. One outer diamond with a significant surface reaching inclusion and associated fracture/chip to the table and side of crown. Diamonds generally in good condition with minor abrasion, one with a chip to the crown facets. Ring size N1/2. Stamped 18ct.
