A mid 20th century hardstone cameo and diamond clip. The oval-shape agate, carved to depict a bearded gentleman in profile, to the geometric surround with single-cut diamond accents. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Length 3.6cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. One diamond deficient. Cameo slightly loose within the mount. Cameo possible replacement. The cameo appears crackled with a large crack running through the gem near to the laurel crown. Small chips to the edge of the hardstone. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. One old single-cut diamond deficient to the lower panel. Weight 22.4gms.
