Lot Description
LONGINES - a gentleman's Conquest wrist watch. Reference L1.611.4, serial 35192454. Signed automatic calibre L633.5. Silvered dial with gilt hour markers, date aperture to twelve. Stainless steel case fitted to a signed black alligator strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 35mm. Box and papers.

<li>Automatic movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement appears to be clean and in a good condition.
<li>Date feature appears to be functioning as expected.
<li>Dial appears to be clean and in a good condition. Luminous paintwork shows up well when exposed to black light.
<li>Hands appear to be in a good condition with just a small area of discolouration to the luminous paintwork on the minute hand.
<li>Glass is lightly scratched with a scratch near the 7 o'clock marker visible to the naked eye.
<li>Bezel is lightly scratched with an obvious dint near the 6 o'clock position.
<li>Case displays some light scratches but is generally in a good condition.
<li>Crown is currently functioning and is in a clean condition.
<li>Case back is fairly heavily scratched where someone has previous attempted to access the movement. There are areas where debris has built up.
<li>Strap is clearly worn with folding and creasing to the leather. Some of the pin buckle holes are clearly stretched through use. The leather is fraying at the edges around the pin buckle holes and is also slightly sticky to the touch.
<li>Clasp appears to be in a good condition.<p>
This lot comes with a box in a good condition and a guarantee card dated 26/2/2010.<p>
