A late 19th gold shell cameo pendant. The shell cameo carved to depict a lady in profile, wearing a shawl, to the textured and bead detail surround, to the later locket reverse and suspension loop. Length 6.1cms. Weight 30.2gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear and age. The cameo is cracked, and could benefit with a clean. Length excludes surmount.
