Two early 20th century 9ct gold split pearl and gem-set brooches. The first designed as a circular turquoise cabochon and split pearl bird and foliage, within a turquoise cabochon wreath, the second designed as an openwork split pearl foliate panel. Lengths 2.5 and 3cms. Weight 5.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair to good. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. The split pearls are significantly blemished and have nacre damage. Three split pearls deficient. The turquoise have abrasion and small chips. One replacement has surrounding glue residue. Some possible paste replacements. Bird brooch with additional drop deficient.
