A mid 19th century 18ct gold garnet and enamel brooch. Designed as a stylised foliate panel, with an oval-shape garnet and blue enamel front, to the similarly-designed pear-shape garnet drop pendant. Length 3.6cms. Weight 7.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear and age. The enamel shows uneven repair, with scratches and small chips, small portions are deficient. The garnets are a dark slightly purplish-red with fairly good clarity showing typical inclusions.
