An early 20th century 15ct gold split pearl bird brooch. Designed as three graduated swallows in flight, inset with split pearls, to the curved bar surmount. Length 6.5cms. Weight 8.2cms.

Overall condition good. Surface scratches and small areas of discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. Visible solder to one end of the bar and bird. Split pearls possibly replacements.
