An Anglo Indian miniature chess table, the octagonal top having inlaid ivory chess board within elaborate foliate scrollwork quartered by alternate rectangular and shield plaques printed with Hindu deities, on turned stem and quadripartite base raised on claw feet, 8.75" (22cm) high.

Several losses and repair to applied decoration. Lifting and some slight distortion to board squares. Top does not sit flat due to damage and repair at top of stem. Wide split to stem veneer.
