An 18th century Chinese Chippendale style planter or wine cooler, of cylindrical form with blind fretwork and conforming front drawer above wavy apron on four claw and ball legs, with brass interior liner and side swing handles, 18.5" (47cm) high, 11" (28cm) diameter.

Overall fair condition. Area of damage to top, which has replacement pieces grafted but still visible. Few splits to wood, one through fretwork, commensurate with age and use. Brass liner with wear and residue.
