Lot Description

NIVADA - a gentleman's wrist watch. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1962. Signed automatic movement. Champagne dial with hour markers. 9ct gold case fitted to an unsigned black strap with gold plated pin buckle. 31mm. Together with a white metal open face pocket watch.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.

<li>Dial appears to have marks and scratches.

<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.Hands also show pitting when viewed under a 4x loupe.

<li>Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.

<li>Case shows visible scratches, marks and dints.

<li>Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has scratches and dints as well as some wear to the gold plating.

<li>Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.

<li>Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.<p>

<li>Hour and minute hands are missing. Remaining seconds hand has marks and tarnishing.

<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Case also shows visible tarnishing and wear to the decoration on the case back.

<li>Button appears have had all its plating worn away.

<li>Bow has marks, scratches and tarnishing.
