An 18ct gold synthetic sapphire and diamond ring. The old-cut diamond, with oval-shape synthetic sapphire sides, to the diamond point double spacers and scrolling gallery. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Partial hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Would recommend attention to all settings as some claws deficient. The diamond is bright with a small dark inclusion visible with magnification. One diamond point deficient. The synthetic sapphires are bright with minor abrasion. Ring size M.
