An early 20th century enamel portrait brooch. The circular-shape enamel panel, hand painted to depict the profile of a lady, within a bead surround. Diameter 4cms.

Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and light scratches in keeping with age. Some tarnishing to the side panel. Replacement brooch fittings, white metal. Brooch pin deficient. Enamel in fairly good condition with some scratches and abrasion. Gilt detail has worn away. Stamped J.H. Weight 20.3gms. Evidence of a stamp, rubbed.
