An Edwardian silver basket, the oval form with pierced panels divided by embossed beading rising to the everted rim embellished with wheat-ear swags and further pierced-work with lobed edge. Hallmarked Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall), Sheffield 1906. Length measuring 11 inches (28.5 cm), weight 11.4 ozt (357 grams).
