Lot Description
A late Victorian silver bonbon basket, the oblong form with blue glass liner, pierced gallery, floral motifs embossed to the corners, cast foliate scroll rim to the swing handle and standing on a similarly decorated foot. Hallmarked Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1900. Length measuring 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm), gross silver weight 6 ozt (187 grams).

In good overall condition. Displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor chip to the edge of the blue glass liner. No personal engravings. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
