A late Victorian Scottish silver tray, the large oval form with engraved crest, raised shaped edge and scroll rim interspersed with shell motifs to the conforming twin handles. Hallmarked Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh 1900. Length including handles 28 1/4 inches (71.5 cm), weight 117 ozt (3657 grams).
