Lot Description

A pair of mid-twentieth century silver candlesticks, each raised above a square stepped and beaded base rising to the square tapered stems, knopped mount to the scroll embellished capital. Hallmarked Alexander Smith, Birmingham 1954. Height measuring 10 1/4 inches (26 cm), gross weight 16.6 ozt (517 grams).
