A pair of small continental dishes of lobed oval form, with Hanau marks of a crescent and crown and the letter 'N' within a shield, probably Neresheimer, also marked 830, length measuring 4 1/4 inches (10.8 cm). Together with a continental cigarette case and compact, both marked 'silver', the compact further marked '833'. Gross weight not including compact 10.16 ozt (316 grams).

Condition Report
All the pieces in the lot display some general wear including surface scratches and nicks, contact marks and tarnishing. Some small dints and bumps including a notable one to the rim of one of the dishes. Hinges and clasps appear in working order. File marks to cigarette case. Heavier tarnishing to some areas. Some distortion to marks.
