A matched pair of continental dishes, each designed as a circular shaped bowl with pierced lattice sides and acanthus leaf rim, raised on three lion paw feet. Italian assay marks, stamped 800. Diameters 9 and 9 1/2 inches (22.9 and 24.1 cm), weight 28.29 ozt (880 grams).
