The jug is in fair condition with general scratches, marks and wear. There are some visible dents and nicks. Obvious signs of repairs to where the stem of the jug meets the base, with floods of solder. The engraved decoration and hallmarks are slightly worn, however the hallmarks are still visible on close inspection. Rexine base to the underside is a recent replacement and appears a little crude.
