An 18ct gold diamond and gem-set brooch. Of openwork design, the sapphire, emerald, ruby and diamond floral spray, within a bi-colour surround, gathered by a ribbon. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for London, 2003. Length 5.9cms. Weight 18.5gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Pin slightly bent. Hallmarks to pin. Sponsor's mark GAW. Italian marks to reverse of brooch. Slight wear to the white metal plating. File nick and scuff to the scrolling frond terminals, slight associated acid discolouration. The rubies are a medium deep slightly purplish red hue. Minor-moderate abrasion.
