A sapphire and synthetic ruby novelty brooch. Designed as a shoe with circular-shape synthetic ruby trim and circular-shape sapphire ball terminal. Length 5.2cms. Weight 11.3gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The sapphires are fairly well matched. Minor nibbles to synthetic rubies. Stamped 18k.
