An early 20th century gold sapphire and diamond brooch. Of circular outline, designed as a series of three old-cut diamonds, alternating with calibre-cut sapphires. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Diameter 2.6cms. Weight 4.1gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Surface scratches and light dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright, lively and fairly well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. The sapphires have moderate abrasion to the facet edges. One blue-gem replacement. Small area of discoloration to the inside of the brooch. Hand engraved numbers partially indistinct.
