A late 19th century gold turquoise and split pearl locket. Of oval outline, the split pearl cluster, surrounded by a circular turquoise cabochon crossover line. Length 4.5cms. Weight 15gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Pit marks and scuffs to the surface. Locket clicks closed. Possible replacement turquoise. Some are not perfectly matched. Length given includes surmount.
