Lot Description

A late 19th century gold diamond, seed pearl and enamel brooch. The rose-cut diamond double heart and bow motif, to the red enamel oval-shape panel, within a seed pearl border. Length 3cms. Weight 6gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Some possible seed pearl replacements. Nibbles and chips to enamel. Surface wear to surface of some seed pearls. Diamond detail is quite bright and well matched. Estimated total diamond spread weight 0.10ct.
