A late 19th century gold diamond brooch. The old-cut diamond, within a rope-twist and cannetille circular-shape surround. Estimated diamond weight 0.10ct. Diameter 2.8cms. Weight 7.7gms.

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. The diamond is bright, Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour/clarity grade assessment. The back pin and catch is secure. There are some areas of greening to the reverse.
